Merchant Inns has recently acquired the Saracen’s Head in Great Dunmow, Essex, which will be closed for restoration and refurbishment from May 2009, re‐opening in October 2009.
The refurbishment will include all aspects of the inn, including adding additional bedrooms, meeting rooms, and a gym.
