General Managers
As Merchant Inns’ continues to grow, we are continually on the look out for outstanding General Managers who want to work in this unique company. We require General Managers who share our passion and business ethos and are hungry for success. We are looking for people with :
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, align and have fun
• Vision to develop the business within all market segments
• Big personality to build loyal, lasting relationships within the local market and community
• Standards driven to include: operational delivery, presentation of self, team and property
• First class back of house and front of house experience
• Experience of managing bedroom stock
• A real belief in and understanding of great food, drink, accommodation and service
General Manager experience within the hospitality sector is essential, ideally within hotels and pubs.
